Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be either damaged during shipping or not to the specified dimensions.

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, clients must:

Send a clear photo of the product showing the issue, and/or
-
Ship the item back to us for review.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return is accepted and processed.

We do not offer refunds until either the photo is reviewed or the product is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

All custom design work
-
CAD modeling
-
3D modeling
-
Any digital files (e.g., STL or other 3D formats)
-
Any prototypes delivered or in progress
Once these services or items have been delivered or started, they are considered final and non-returnable.
